1. Go to Create Invoice
2. Choose the Document Type (Invoice, Receipt, Cash Receipt, or Estimate)
3. Select a Template
4. Choose a customer from the dropdown or click Add New Customer
5. Fill in Payment Terms (amount, amount paid, due date, status: Paid, Partially Paid, Unpaid)
6. Add Line Items (Description, Quantity, Unit Price)
7. Click Generate Invoice to preview
8. Save, Download, or Send via Email/WhatsApp

Yes, select from multiple templates and add your logo

Yes, go to Invoice History, click Edit

Q: Invoice not sending via email?
● Check that your email is verified
● Verify the recipient's email is correct
● Ensure you have internet connection
Q: WhatsApp link not working?
● Make sure WhatsApp is installed
● Format the number correctly (include country code)

● Re-upload in Edit Profile
● Ensure it’s a PNG or JPG format

● Disable pop-up blockers or use a different browser
